Ingredients

2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup kale (stems removed)

1 avocado (pitted and peeled)

2 kiwis (peeled and sliced)

1 small cucumber (sliced)

1 green apple (cored and chopped)

Juice of 1 lemon

12 cups cold water (adjust for desired consistency)

1 handful fresh parsley (optional for extra detox benefits)

Ice cubes (optional for a chilled finish)


Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach, kale, cucumber, and parsley thoroughly. Peel the avocado and kiwis, then slice them into manageable pieces. Core and chop the green apple to remove seeds.
  2. Add the spinach, kale, and parsley to your blender with 1 cup of cold water. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until the greens are fully broken down and smooth.
  3. Add the chopped apple, kiwis, and avocado to the blender. Pour in the lemon juice for a fresh zing. Blend again on high for another 30-45 seconds.
  4. If your smoothie is too thick, add additional water in small amounts and blend until you achieve your desired consistency. If you prefer a colder drink, toss in a few ice cubes and blend for an extra 20 seconds.
  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a small broccoli floret or a kiwi slice for a decorative touch. Enjoy immediately for the best flavor and nutrient boost!
