Juicy, tender steak cubes seared to perfection, bathed in garlic butter, and topped with melty Parmesan. Ready in just 15 minutes, these steak bites taste like restaurant-quality comfort food at home.

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes 2 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp unsalted butter 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Step 1

Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and pat dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Add the steak in a single layer, working in batches if needed. Sear for 2–3 minutes without moving, then flip and brown all sides. Remove steak and set aside.
