1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cooked and sliced 4 cups shredded cabbage 1 cup shredded carrots 3 green onions, sliced 1 cup crunchy chow mein noodles 2 tablespoons sesame seeds 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional) 1/3 cup sesame oil 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon honey 1 garlic clove, minced 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Step 1
