Ingredients
Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain. Core and slice the bell peppers, thinly slice the onion, and mince the garlic.
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, minced garlic, black pepper, and sesame oil.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, cook onions and bell peppers until softened but still vibrant, about 5 minutes.
