Ingredients
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Whisk the egg and pour over the chicken. Mix to coat evenly.
Add cornstarch and toss until each piece is well-coated.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken in batches until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
In a clean skillet, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Simmer until slightly thickened and glossy.
