Ingredients
Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them in halves or quarters depending on size.
Drain the mozzarella if packed in water and slice or tear into bite-sized pieces. Pat dry.
Arrange the strawberries, mozzarella, and basil on a serving platter or toss gently in a bowl.
Drizzle olive oil evenly over the top.
