Ingredients
Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
Add eggs, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla to the dry mixture. Stir until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips, reserving some for topping if desired.
