Ingredients
2 large apples
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¾ cup milk
1 large egg

Instructions
1. Peel, core, and slice apples into ¼ to ½ inch thick rings. Pat them dry.
2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
3. In another bowl, beat the egg and mix with milk and vanilla extract.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a smooth batter.
5. Dip apple rings into the batter, letting excess drip off.
6. Preheat air fryer to 375°F and lightly spray basket with cooking spray.
7. Place apple rings in a single layer and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
8. While warm, toss rings in sugar or dust lightly.
9. Serve immediately or store for later.
