Description

This cozy Apple Chai Latte recipe blends spiced chai tea with warm apple juice and creamy milk for a comforting drink. Perfect for fall mornings or relaxing afternoons, it’s easy to make, customizable with non-dairy milk, and filled with warm cinnamon and vanilla notes. Ingredients

1 cup water

2 chai tea bags or 2 teaspoons loose leaf chai

1 cup apple juice

1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

1 cinnamon stick or 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (optional)


Instructions

1. Add water to a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Add chai tea bags or loose leaf chai and let it steep for 5 minutes. Strain if needed.

2. Stir in the apple juice and cinnamon. Let it warm together over medium heat for about 2–3 minutes.

3. Lower the heat and add the milk and vanilla extract. Heat gently without boiling.

4. Taste and add sweetener if desired. Stir well and serve hot in mugs. Top with frothed milk or cinnamon if you like.

Notes

Use stronger chai blends like black tea-based ones for bolder flavor.

Try oat milk or almond milk for a dairy-free version.
