Ingredients
1 apple, chopped
½ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup rolled oats
¾ cup almond milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ to 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
1. Core and chop your apple into small pieces. Optionally, sauté the apple in a pan with a pinch of cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup for deeper flavor.
2. Add chopped apple, Greek yogurt, oats, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ice to a blender.
