Description

Ingredients

2 golden hash browns,

1 ripe avocado,

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice,

1 pinch salt,

Instructions

1. Cook frozen or freshly grated hash browns in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden and crispy on both sides. Set aside on a paper towel to remove excess oil. In a small bowl, smash ripe avocado with fresh lime juice and a pinch of salt until creamy but still slightly chunky. Spread the avocado mixture generously over the crispy hash browns. Sprinkle chili flakes over the top, or arrange thin slices of fresh jalapeƱo for extra spice. Serve immediately while the hash browns are still hot and crisp.
