Bailey’s Chocolate Fudge is a rich, creamy treat infused with Irish cream liqueur. This easy fudge recipe is perfect for holidays, dessert platters, and edible gifts. Made with sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and Bailey’s, it offers a luxurious bite every time.
Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
2. Remove the pan from heat. Stir in the Bailey’s Irish Cream, vanilla extract, and salt until everything is well combined.
3. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until completely set.
6. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment. Cut into small squares and serve.
Notes
This fudge is best when chilled overnight.
You can substitute other Irish cream liqueurs if desired.
Add chopped nuts, crushed cookies, or sea salt on top for extra flair.
