Ingredients

2 medium zucchini

2 chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Slice zucchini into half-inch rounds and cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
