Description

This Beef and Bowtie Pasta with Alfredo Sauce recipe is a comforting, creamy pasta dish made with ground beef, Parmesan Alfredo sauce, and tender farfalle. Perfect for family dinners, easy weeknight meals, and quick comfort food ideas.

Ingredients

2 cups bowtie pasta (farfalle)

1 pound ground beef

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta until just al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic for about a minute until fragrant.

4. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly thickened.

5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

6. Return the beef to the skillet and mix well to coat with the Alfredo sauce.

7. Add the cooked pasta and gently toss to combine. Let it heat together for 2 to 3 minutes.

8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Use high-quality Parmesan cheese for the smoothest, richest sauce.

Don’t overcook the pasta; keep it slightly al dente.

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a splash of white wine to the sauce.
