Description
This creamy Beef and Rotini in Garlic Parmesan Sauce recipe combines savory ground beef, tender rotini pasta, and a rich garlic Parmesan cream sauce. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or comforting family meal, this pasta dish delivers big flavor with simple ingredients.
Ingredients
1 pound rotini pasta
1 pound ground beef
1 cup heavy cream
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat and set aside.
2. Cook rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the rest.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Add beef broth and simmer. Stir in heavy cream and reduce heat. Add Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
5. Return the beef and add the cooked rotini. Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
6. Serve hot with extra Parmesan and black pepper on top.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and texture.
Don’t overcook the garlic—it should be fragrant, not browned.
Add spinach, mushrooms, or red pepper flakes for your own twist.
