Description

Crispy and healthy, these Best Air Fryer Zucchini Chips are the perfect low-carb snack or appetizer. Coated in Parmesan and panko, they’re easy to make, gluten-free, and irresistibly crunchy. Perfect for a light side or game-day bite.

Ingredients

1 medium zucchini

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Wash and dry the zucchini. Slice into thin, even rounds (about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick).

2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Toss the zucchini slices in olive oil to coat evenly.

4. Press each slice into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides.

5. Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.

6. Air fry at 375°F for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

7. Remove once golden and crispy. Serve immediately for best texture.

Notes

These chips are best served fresh and hot.

For extra crispiness, slice zucchini thinner and don’t overcrowd the air fryer.

Add a pinch of chili flakes or smoked paprika for a spicy variation.
