Ingredients

1 pint fresh strawberries

8 oz (1 package) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Strawberries – Wash and dry the strawberries. Slice off the tops so they can stand upright, then cut an “X” on the pointed end without cutting all the way through.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling – In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
  3. Fill the Strawberries – Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a piping bag or zip-top bag with a small cut at the tip. Pipe the filling into each strawberry.
  4. Add Graham Cracker Crumbs – Dip or sprinkle the tops of the filled strawberries with graham cracker crumbs for added crunch.
  5. Chill and Serve – Refrigerate the stuffed strawberries for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to set. Serve chilled and enjoy!
