Ingredients
1 pint fresh strawberries
8 oz (1 package) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries – Wash and dry the strawberries. Slice off the tops so they can stand upright, then cut an “X” on the pointed end without cutting all the way through.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling – In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
- Fill the Strawberries – Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a piping bag or zip-top bag with a small cut at the tip. Pipe the filling into each strawberry.
- Add Graham Cracker Crumbs – Dip or sprinkle the tops of the filled strawberries with graham cracker crumbs for added crunch.
- Chill and Serve – Refrigerate the stuffed strawberries for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to set. Serve chilled and enjoy!
