Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese
2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Spoon small, even dollops of cottage cheese onto the sheet, spacing them out.
3. Gently flatten each dollop with the back of a spoon.
4. Sprinkle each dollop generously with everything bagel seasoning.
5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centers look dry.
6. Remove from oven and allow to cool on the tray for at least 10 minutes.
7. Transfer to an airtight container once fully cooled. Enjoy!
