Description

This Best Parmesan Herb Keto Bread recipe is a low-carb, gluten-free favorite made with almond flour, parmesan cheese, and Italian herbs. Perfect for keto meals, it’s easy, cheesy, and deliciously satisfying. Ideal for serving with soups, pasta, or as a savory snack.


Ingredients

1 ½ cups almond flour

3 large eggs

1 cup grated parmesan cheese (divided)

¼ cup melted butter

1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

¼ teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and half the parmesan cheese.

3. Add the eggs and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until fully combined and a thick batter forms.

4. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

5. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese on top for a golden cheesy crust.

6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

This bread slices best after cooling for at least 20 minutes.

You can swap parmesan for cheddar or asiago for a twist.

Toast leftover slices for breakfast with a smear of butter or avocado.
