Description

Ingredients

1 serving Korean wheat noodles

1 tablespoon gochujang

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

2 teaspoons sugar

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon sesame oil

0.5 cucumber, julienned

1 boiled egg, halved

1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds


Instructions

1. Boil the Korean wheat noodles according to package instructions.

2. Rinse the cooked noodles under very cold water and drain well.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil until smooth.

4. Add the cold noodles to a mixing bowl and pour in the sauce.

5. Toss thoroughly until all noodles are evenly coated.

6. Plate the noodles and top with cucumber, halved boiled egg, and sesame seeds.

7. Serve immediately while cold and fresh.

Notes

Store noodles and sauce separately if preparing ahead.
