Description
These Big Mac-Inspired Rice Paper Rolls are a creative and healthier twist on the classic burger, filled with juicy ground beef, tangy sauce, and fresh veggies. Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or light meal with all the flavors you love in a lighter package.
Ingredients
12 rice paper wrappers
1 pound ground beef (85% lean)
2 cups shredded lettuce
6 slices cheddar cheese, thin or shredded
½ cup chopped dill pickles
¼ cup finely diced onion
½ cup Big Mac sauce (mayo, ketchup, relish, vinegar mix)
Instructions
1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with salt and pepper until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat and cool slightly.
2. Prepare the fillings by laying out shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, pickles, and onion on a tray.
3. Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Soften one rice paper sheet at a time by dipping for 10–15 seconds, then lay flat.
4. Place beef, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onion in the center. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce. Fold sides in and roll up tightly.
5. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately with extra sauce for dipping.
Notes
Work quickly when assembling to prevent rice paper from drying out.
You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
Serve fresh for best texture — rice paper can get chewy if stored too long.
