Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef (80/20)
8 small flour tortillas
8 slices American cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup dill pickle chips
1 small chopped onion
1 cup Big Mac sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Form small 2 oz balls of ground beef and season lightly with salt and pepper.
2. Place each ball on a flour tortilla and press flat using parchment and a heavy spatula.
3. Heat a skillet to medium-high and cook beef side down for 2–3 minutes until crispy.
4. Flip and cook tortilla side for 30–60 seconds until lightly browned.
5. Flip again, place one slice of cheese on the beef, and cover briefly to melt.
6. Remove from heat and top with lettuce, pickles, and chopped onion.
7. Drizzle Big Mac sauce and fold like a taco.
8. Serve hot and repeat for the rest of the tacos.
Notes
Use 80/20 beef for juicy, crispy patties.
Do not overcook the tortilla or it will become too crisp to fold.
Make the Big Mac sauce ahead for quicker assembly.
