Description

These Brown Sugar Toffee Truffles are a no-bake dessert combining creamy brown sugar filling with crunchy toffee bits, all coated in rich chocolate. Perfect for gift-giving or entertaining, this truffle recipe is sweet, smooth, and irresistibly decadent. Keywords include brown sugar truffles, no-bake toffee truffles, easy chocolate candy, and homemade holiday treats.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese

0.75 cup brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1.25 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 cup toffee bits

12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tbsp shortening or coconut oil

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and fluffy.

2. Fold in the graham cracker crumbs and toffee bits until the mixture is fully combined and scoopable.

3. Roll the mixture into 1-tablespoon-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Chill for 30 minutes.

4. Melt the chocolate chips with the shortening or coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

5. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, let excess drip off, then place back on the tray.

6. Let the truffles set at room temperature or in the fridge until the chocolate is firm.

7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve or gift.

Notes

Use dark brown sugar for a deeper caramel flavor.

Donโ€™t skip chilling before dipping or the truffles may fall apart in the chocolate.

For variety, sprinkle a bit of sea salt or crushed nuts on top of the truffles before the chocolate sets.
