Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

1 pound asparagus

1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.

2. Trim asparagus ends and toss with olive oil.

3. Place chicken in a baking dish and coat with Caesar dressing. Arrange asparagus around chicken.

4. Sprinkle Parmesan over chicken. Bake 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F and asparagus is tender.
