Description

Creamy Cajun Beef Spaghetti is the ultimate comfort food with a spicy kick. This easy pasta dish is loaded with ground beef, a bold Cajun seasoning blend, and a rich three-cheese Parmesan sauce. Perfect for quick weeknight dinners or cozy weekend meals.

Ingredients

1 lb spaghetti

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, chopped

4 oz cream cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and break it up with a spatula. Cook until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess grease.

3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the same skillet. Sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 3 minutes.

4. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and cook for 1 minute to deepen the flavor.

5. Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth and creamy.

6. Add the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until fully melted into a rich sauce.

7. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the noodles with the sauce and beef evenly.

8. Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top if desired.

Notes

Freshly grated Parmesan melts best and adds bold flavor.

Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.

Add a splash of cream when reheating leftovers to restore creaminess.
