Ingredients
1 lb chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook chicken until browned and fully cooked. Remove from skillet.
3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, scraping up any brown bits. Stir in ranch seasoning and bring to a simmer.
5. Let sauce simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
6. Add grated Parmesan and stir until melted. Return cooked chicken to skillet and simmer for 2 more minutes.
7. Toss in the cooked, drained pasta. Stir to coat evenly with sauce.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Let the sauce simmer a few minutes before adding cheese for perfect texture.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best melt and flavor.
To reduce spice, use half the Cajun seasoning or choose a mild blend.
