Ingredients
3 large eggs
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
1 cup whole milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions
1. Add eggs, sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, whole milk, sugar, melted butter, and flour to a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Add baking powder and pulse just until incorporated. Avoid over-mixing.
3. Pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
