Ingredients

1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

2 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon paprika

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare the Brussels sprouts by washing, trimming, and cutting them in half.
  3. Sauté the garlic by melting butter in a skillet over medium heat, then cooking the garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Make the sauce by adding heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Let it simmer for 2 minutes before stirring in ½ cup mozzarella and ¼ cup Parmesan until melted.
  5. Assemble the dish by placing Brussels sprouts in the baking dish and pouring the cheese sauce over them.
  6. Top with cheese by sprinkling the remaining ½ cup mozzarella and ¼ cup Parmesan over the sprouts.
