2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tots
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
3. Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened. Drain excess grease.
4. Stir in ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce; simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Add cream of mushroom soup and mix until fully incorporated. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Spread beef mixture evenly into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef layer.
