Description

Cheesy Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Rigatoni in Alfredo Sauce is a creamy and comforting pasta dish made with tender chicken bites, rich Alfredo sauce, and hearty rigatoni. Perfect for a family dinner or weeknight comfort meal. This garlic butter chicken Alfredo pasta is quick, satisfying, and utterly indulgent.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

12 ounces rigatoni pasta

2 cups Alfredo sauce

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.

4. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

5. In a saucepan, heat Alfredo sauce over low heat. Stir in grated Parmesan and simmer until slightly thickened.

6. Combine the rigatoni with Alfredo sauce and mix well to coat.

7. Serve the pasta topped with garlic butter chicken bites and garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor and melt.

Add steamed spinach or roasted mushrooms for extra nutrients.

Reheat leftovers with a splash of cream or milk to restore the sauce’s texture.
