Ingredients
227g jumbo lump crab meat
113g cream cheese
60g mayonnaise
60g sour cream
120g sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
30g Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp hot sauce
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and hot sauce until smooth and creamy.
2. Fold in sharp white cheddar cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese.
3. Gently fold in the jumbo lump crab meat without breaking the pieces.
4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining Parmesan and green onions.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving hot.
