Ingredients
1 lb rotini pasta
1 lb ground beef
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook rotini pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Add heavy cream to the skillet and simmer for 3 minutes to thicken.
5. Lower the heat and stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and creamy. Season with Italian seasoning.
6. Return beef to the pan and add the cooked pasta. Toss everything together and cook for 2–3 minutes more.
7. Top with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.
