Ingredients
1 lb twisted pasta
2 large chicken breasts, sliced thin
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Season sliced chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. Reduce heat, melt butter in the same skillet, then add garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
4. Pour in heavy cream and let simmer for 3-5 minutes to slightly thicken.
5. Stir in Parmesan until melted, then add mozzarella and stir until smooth.
6. Cook twisted pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
7. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet, stirring well. Add reserved water if needed.
8. Return chicken to skillet and mix until warmed through. Serve hot.
