Ingredients

2 cups rotini pasta

1 pound ground beef

8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed

2 cups marinara sauce

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rotini until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.

3. Lower the heat to medium and stir in marinara, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Stir in cubed Velveeta. Cook while stirring until fully melted and creamy.

5. Add cooked rotini to the skillet and mix until pasta is well coated. Serve hot.

Notes

Use rotini or any ridged pasta for best sauce coverage.
