Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter softened

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons cream of tartar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons granulated sugar for coating

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Add the eggs and mix until smooth and fully incorporated.

4. Whisk together the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
