Ingredients
12 lasagna noodles
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
3 cups Alfredo sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
1 large egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
3. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the dish.
4. Place a layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce.
5. Spread a portion of the ricotta mixture on noodles.
6. Add a layer of shredded chicken, then more Alfredo sauce and mozzarella.
7. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with Alfredo sauce and a topping of mozzarella and Parmesan.
8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
9. Remove foil and bake an additional 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
10. Let lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
