Description

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced

2 cups broccoli florets

1 cup uncooked long grain white rice

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 1/2 cups milk

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a casserole dish

2. Mix rice, soup, milk, and seasonings until smooth

3. Stir in chicken and broccoli

4. Transfer mixture to the baking dish

5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese

6. Cover and bake for 40 minutes

7. Uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes until bubbly

8. Rest for 5 minutes before serving

Notes

This casserole can be prepared ahead of time
