Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

12 ounces spaghetti

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 ounces cream cheese

3 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic minced

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cook the chicken on both sides until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.

3. In the same skillet, melt a little more butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in cream cheese until melted, then add the parmesan and mozzarella, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss gently to coat in the sauce.

5. Plate the spaghetti with a piece of chicken on top, drizzle with extra sauce, and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for better flavor.
