Ingredients

1 cup cranberry sauce

1 cup dark chocolate chips

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon flaky sea salt (optional)


Instructions

1. Use a small spoon or melon baller to scoop firm cranberry sauce into rounded portions. Place scoops on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 1 hour.

2. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave or over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.

3. Dip each frozen cranberry scoop into the melted chocolate using a fork. Let the excess drip off and place onto the tray.

4. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired, and refrigerate for 10–20 minutes until set.
