Ingredients
8 slices rye bread
12 ounces corned beef, sliced thin
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups sauerkraut, drained
3/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
2. Place half of the rye bread slices on the bottom of the dish.
3. Layer with half the corned beef, then sauerkraut, then Swiss cheese.
4. Repeat with the remaining bread, corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese.
5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and Thousand Island dressing.
6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
