Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until fluffy.
3. Add flour and salt to the butter mixture. Mix until soft dough forms.
4. Press dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
5. Bake the crust for 15-18 minutes, or until edges are golden. Remove from oven.
6. In a separate bowl, mix condensed milk, vanilla, and shredded coconut until fully combined.
7. Spread coconut mixture evenly over the pre-baked crust.
8. Bake again for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
9. Allow bars to cool completely in the pan.
10. Lift out using parchment paper and cut into bars.
