Ingredients
12 oz cheese tortellini
1 lb ground beef
3 cups fresh spinach
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp butter
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil the tortellini according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
3. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the garlic is fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
4. Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Add a splash of water if needed.
5. Toss in the cooked tortellini and stir to coat with the garlic butter sauce.
6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and stir to combine. Serve warm and enjoy!
