Ingredients
4 salmon filets (skinless, thick cuts)
1 cup cooked shrimp (chopped)
1 cup lump crab meat
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons green onions (sliced)
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it.
2. Slice a pocket in each salmon filet lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through.
3. In a bowl, mix the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan, green onions, garlic, Old Bay, and lemon juice until smooth and combined.
4. Stuff the salmon pockets generously with the seafood filling.
5. Sprinkle paprika over each filet for added flavor and color.
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the filling is hot.
7. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
Notes
This recipe works best with center-cut salmon filets.
Feel free to add chopped spinach or switch up the cheese for variety.
Reheat leftovers in the oven to maintain texture.
