Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
6 ounces brie cheese, cut into 24 cubes
0.5 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons chopped pecans (optional)
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves (optional)
Instructions
1. Let puff pastry thaw and roll it out on a floured surface. Cut into 24 squares and press each square into a mini muffin tin.
2. Cut brie into 0.5-inch cubes and place one cube in the center of each puff pastry square.
3. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over each brie cube.
4. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and a rosemary leaf, if using.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
6. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then lift out and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Use whole-berry cranberry sauce for best texture.
Brie rind is edible, no need to remove it.
These can be prepped ahead and baked just before serving.
