Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 flour tortillas
2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, diced green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
3. Fill each flour tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll tightly.
4. Place rolled tortillas seam-side down in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
5. Pour enchilada sauce evenly over the tortillas.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes to lightly brown the top.
