Ingredients

12 oz spaghetti

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

1 medium onion chopped

3 cloves garlic minced

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

to taste salt and pepper

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent and fragrant.

4. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over aromatics and stir. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

5. Reduce heat and stir in mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan, allowing each to melt before adding the next.

6. Return beef to skillet and stir. Add cooked spaghetti and toss to coat. Garnish with parsley and serve.
