Ingredients
1 pound bowtie pasta
1 pound chicken breast
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
1. Slice the chicken breast into bite-sized strips and coat with Cajun seasoning.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook bowtie pasta in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
5. Add chicken broth and heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer.
6. Stir in cream cheese and Parmesan until melted and the sauce is smooth.
7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and add the pasta. Toss to coat everything in the sauce.
8. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to allow flavors to combine.
9. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
10. Serve hot, optionally garnished with parsley or extra Parmesan.
Notes

To reheat, use low heat and add a splash of cream or broth to revive the sauce.
