Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
10 oz cheese tortellini
1 cup Velveeta cheese garlic flavor
1 cup heavy cream
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and coat with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook cheese tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Velveeta cheese until melted and creamy.
4. Return the chicken and tortellini to the skillet. Mix to coat in sauce. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
5. Serve hot with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.
