Description

This Creamy Cajun Garlic Butter Spaghetti with Beef Strips recipe is a bold and comforting pasta dish made with tender seared beef, rich Cajun-spiced garlic butter sauce, and silky spaghetti. It’s perfect for quick dinners and full of Southern-inspired flavor. Keywords: Cajun pasta, garlic butter spaghetti, creamy Cajun beef pasta.

Ingredients

12 oz spaghetti

1 lb beef strips (sirloin or ribeye)

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

4 garlic cloves, minced

3 tablespoons butter

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside, reserving a bit of pasta water.

2. Season beef strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear beef for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add butter. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Pour in heavy cream, whisking to combine. Add more Cajun seasoning if desired, then stir in Parmesan. Simmer until sauce slightly thickens.

5. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of pasta water. Return beef to the skillet and stir everything together. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

This recipe gets better the next day—store leftovers in the fridge and reheat gently with a splash of cream.

If you prefer less heat, reduce the Cajun seasoning to 1 tablespoon.

Swap spaghetti for fettuccine or linguine for variety.
