1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove from pan and let it rest before slicing.
2. In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed and sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan and let it melt into a smooth sauce.
4. Add the tortellini directly to the sauce. Cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
